The Colorful Universe

One of my older personal projects where I experiment with the idea of there being places in our universe that lack any kind of colour that is usually visible to the human eye which can only see a small part of the whole light spectrum.

The inspiration for this piece came to me when I was visiting Louvre a couple of years ago and for the first time I’ve seen The Coronation of Napoleon in person. I was stunned by the sheer size of that painting and I knew right away that this will be the format I would like to pursue in my art.

This image has been meticulously crafted from scratch with high emphasis on detail and depth.

My goal was to portray a traditional concept art of our universe in an unconventional way that is not common with this type of artwork. It is also one of the highest resolution images I have ever produced.
